Safestyle’s clear vision for customer satisfaction

Safestyle’s goal to improve our services, with a view to being more customer-focused, has seen us win various awards including the G06 Best Customer Care Award and the G07 Installers of the Year Award. Since then we’ve been building on the progress we’ve made by developing the right procedures to go forwards, and putting key people in place to implement the new initiatives to their best effect.

With this in mind we take pleasure in announcing that Kevin Turnbull, a glazing industry veteran with over 30 years experience, will now be heading up the Surveys department. Kevin will oversee a team of over 50 surveyors, providing coverage throughout the UK and who regularly carry out over 1000 surveys per week.

David Wallwork, a trained surveyor with a decade of experience working with Safestyle has been appointed to head up a newly-formed Inspections Department. This new department will scrutinise varied aspects of Safestyle Surveys and Installations to ensure that all work continues to be completed efficiently, professionally and to the highest possible standards.

Safestyle UK’s Chairman, John Ross, commented: “As we continue to grow, these appointments are particularly important. We complete more than a thousand installations every week – so we’re continually working hard, looking for ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our operations.”

He added: “Customer satisfaction has always been our number one priority and we are always striving to achieve the perfect result first time, every time. Without the right experienced individuals who have the ability to deliver accurately and efficiently, this will not be possible.”

The appointments are part of a larger cross-company policy for continual improvement, part of which will see surveyors train for NVQ levels 3 and 4, whilst the Installation department continues its on-going process of BSI accreditation.

Our new Head of Surveys, Kevin Turnbull concluded: “Training and knowledge are vital as we look to take the customer’s overall buying experience to the next level. We already know that our environmentally-friendly windows and doors help customers save energy and our well-known offers give great value, but we also appreciate that success will come through ensuring our customers enjoy a highly professional experience throughout their dealings with Safestyle, from order to completion.”
