Safestyle Manufacturing & Logistics (formerly Windowstyle) has been awarded a second major Health and Safety Award in 2008. Hot on the heels of our winning the International Safety Award - which was presented by the British Safety Council - we now have the prestigious honour of winning the “Best Improvement in Safety for 2008” from the window industry’s own Glass Charter Awards, from the British Glass Manufacturers’ Confederation.

Held recently in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, the awards are a fitting tribute to Safestyle UK, as the country’s leading independent retailer and manufacturer of energy-efficient PVCu replacement double glazing. Our continuing efforts to further improve our products and help educate customers on the importance of saving energy, both for the environmental impact and to save money on their bills, is delivering recognition from both inside and outside the glazing industry. We have proven our ongoing commitment to health and safety at the highest level yet again through implementation of excellent safety policies and plans.

Presented within the British Glass Health & Safety Conference, the Glass Charter Awards are now in their sixth year and presented to both individuals and companies that have proved outstanding in the field of healthy and safety.
